Outsourcing is certainly here to stay as its a win-win situation for the company outsourcing and the company providing services. Also, the end users / customers of the outsourcing company are also happy. For example, if Bank in the US outsources its customer support services to a company in India. Its a win-win situation for the Bank and the services provider; additionally, the customers of the Bank are also happy because of the efficient & prompt services.

Hi, I attended ULV in 1999-2002, and I was left with a loan that i have a hard time paying back. The loan first started out at 2,000.00 and something dollars, and it has now grown to $10,000.00. It is with a collection agency. I can’t consolidate it because it is a private loan. Are there grant programs that can help me pay off this loan. I just keeps growing even though I pay on it. I am a single mother of two, and I make from $8 to $9 an hour. It is hard for me to get credit and to pay off the loan.
